CHARLOTTE – Congressman Robert Pittenger (NC-09) released this statement following U.S. Senate confirmation of Judge Neil Gorsuch to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States:
“Our Founding Fathers would salute the Senate’s approval of Neil Gorsuch as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. Judge Gorsuch will uphold the Constitution and the freedoms and liberties it has preserved over our history.”
