CONGRESSMAN PITTENGER’S STATEMENT ON LONDON TERROR ATTACK
CHARLOTTE – Congressman Robert Pittenger (NC-09) issued this statement after learning of the terrorist attack on the London Underground:
“This vicious terrorist attack on innocent commuters in London with an improvised explosive device once again reflects the harsh reality of these barbaric adversaries. We must be vigilant and united in our efforts to expunge these diabolical enemies.”
Congressman Pittenger serves as Vice Chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Terrorism and Illicit Finance, and Chairman of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism.
